ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK I acknowledge that participation in the Corridor Farmers Tour involves physical activity and outdoor movement which may include risks such as, but not limited to:

• cycling/movement on public spaces, roads, park connectors, and shared pathways

• weather related conditions including rain, heat, slippery surfaces, and reduced visibility

• collisions, falls, accidents, or equipment failure

• interactions with vehicles, pedestrians, and other cyclists

• fatigue, dehydration, insect bites, or other unforeseen incidents

I understand that while Corridor Farmers Pte Ltd and its partnering host will take reasonable safety precautions, participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk.

HEALTH DECLARATION I confirm that:

• I am physically fit and medically able to participate in this activity.

• I do not have any medical condition that may affect my safe participation.

• I will inform the organisers if I feel unwell during the activity.

• I will comply with all safety instructions given by the tour facilitators.

LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNITY

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Corridor Farmers Tour, I hereby agree:

1. To assume full responsibility for any personal injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or expense arising from participation in the activity.

2. To release and discharge Corridor Farmers Pte Ltd, its organisers, facilitators, partners, sponsors, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in the activity, except where caused by gross negligence.

3. To indemnify and hold harmless Corridor Farmers Pte Ltd against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from my actions during the activity.
   

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

I agree to:

• obey Singapore Law, traffic and cycling regulations

• wear appropriate attire and footwear

• use equipment (e.g gardening tools, bicycle etc) responsibly and safely

• refrain from reckless or dangerous behaviour

• follow all instructions from facilitators throughout the tour

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA CONSENT

I acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during the activity for documentation, marketing, educational, and social media purposes.
